Eating right and exercising on most days of the week will help you burn calories and lose weight. The Max Challenge is not an ordinary gym. Our nutrition and fitness challenges take ten weeks. You are always welcome to join us again after your first ten-week session. As you advance through The Max Challenge, you will become more fit. Exercises and nutritional counseling are aimed at your current level of fitness and well-being. We can modify diet plans to take into account any food allergies or sensitivities that you have and any other preferences or needs, including Kosher and vegan or vegetarian diets.
