The Max Challenge is not like an ordinary fitness center in New Jersey. We are a fitness challenge program that is designed for people of all fitness levels. It does not matter to us whether you are a beginner or an athlete. Our instructors are prepared to help you set and meet fitness goals so that you can be stronger, healthier and happier with the way that you look and feel.
At The Max Challenge, we have set up a fitness challenge that is a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutritional counseling. Our instructors personalize the experience for each participant. Exercises can be modified to your current level of fitness. As you get stronger and fitter, you will do new exercises that are in tune with your body. You will not simply lift weights the whole time you are with us. We challenge your body and help you reach your fitness potential.
Our fitness challenges take ten weeks to complete. We have challenges that are just for men, just for women and for groups of all people. Many of our participants join with a friend or partner for accountability. You are welcome to join on your own and enjoy the encouragement of like-minded people who also want to get fit. The nutritional counseling aspect of The MAX Challenge of Bayonne includes information about portion control and the types of nutrients that are in different foods.
